Out the Door in Des Moines

KCCI Sports anchor Andy Garman is about to take his ball and go home.
The longtime Anchor says that he is hanging up his mic later this Summer.
"It's been a tremendous run in TV, in sports," Garman said. "I walk away with no regrets, and I'm stepping into a better opportunity personally."
Yep....he's leaving the business and headed to a job at West Des Moines strategic communications firm Wixted and Company.
His last broadcast at KCCI will be Aug. 3.
