New News Director Being Named in Boston Today

 Back in March, FTVLive told you that Mike Oliveria was leaving WFXT (Boston) as News Director of the Cox station. 

Oliveria resurfaced soon there after at Cox sister station WSOC Charlotte. 

Well it appears that his replacement in Boston is going to be named Today. 

Sources tell FTVLive that an all hands on deck meeting has been called for 2:30PM today at the station.  

The news staff will find out who will be their next News Director. 

Editor note: An earlier version of this story said that a new ND was being named at NBC Boston. That is happening soon as well, but not Today.
