Trot Out the Network Guy

When local TV stations can't figure out any good stories for sweeps, they often go to this old stand by. 

Out of sweeps ideas, WDBJ in Roanoke headed to the Big Apple to talk to CBS Evening News Anchor Jeff Glor. 

"WDBJ7 traveled to CBS News World Headquarters in New York for a one-on-one interview. In a discussion with WDBJ7's Tim Saunders, Glor talked about his 20 years of television news experience and his long-term goals for the newscast he now helms," the station says on their website. 

Saunders interview with Glor airs tonight at 6PM, following an Andy Griffith rerun at 5:30.
