Fox News Tops Cable Ratings, MSNBC Comes on Strong

The hate filled channels that do more to divide this country than anything else, otherwise known as cable news, had familiar moth of ratings. 

Fox News continues to lead the way, MSNBC is surging and CNN is bringing up the rear. 

Here is a look at the numbers for total day and prime time.

Total Day:

FNC: 1,396,000 total viewers – down 7% (289,000 in 25-54 – down 11%) (180,000 in 18-49)

MSNBC: 1,005,000 total viewers – up 22% (215,000 in 25-54 – up 16%) (152,000 in 18-49)

CNN: 725,000 total viewers – down 3% (223,000 in 25-54 – down 12%) (173,000 in 18-49)

 

PRIMETIME: 8-11PM/ET

FNC: 2,390,000 total viewers – down 2% (483,000 in 25-54 – down 1%) (303,000 in 18-49)

MSNBC: 1,934,000 total viewers – up 24% (398,000 in 25-54 – up 11%) (278,000 in 18-49)

CNN: 1,040,000 total viewers – up 4% (336,000 in 25-54 – down 6%) (269,000 in 18-49)
