News Anchor in Training for 1K Run.....Huh?!

While many news Anchors like to brag and show themselves running in 26 mile marathons, WGN morning Anchor and former FTVLive Person of the Year Robin Baumgarten much rather enjoy the marathons from her couch and not get to active. 

But now, it was has to be an inspiration to couch potatoes everywhere, Baumgarten has decided to run her very own marathon. 

It won't be 26 miles, or a 10K or even a 5k. No, Robin has decided to take on the grueling 1k marathon, which is over a half mile. 

Here she is taking with Paul Konrad about this monumental challenge that she faces on Tuesday. 

Which by the way, is still in the ratings book.
