Back on April 19th, FTVLive told you that WGNO (New Orleans) morning Anchor Anne Cutler was leaving the station for DC.

Then on April 26th, FTVLive told you that WGNO's other morning Anchor Jacki Jing was leaving the station to work for gaming company IGN.

The Tribune station has already filled both jobs.

The station announced that it has hired Carla Pesono and Kinsey Schofield as their new morning Anchor teams.

"Both Carla and Kinsey have personal ties to New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana," WGNO News Director Rick Erbach said. "They are gifted storytellers who will bring fresh, new ways to interact with viewers on television and social media. They are passionate and energetic about news. It'll be exciting to wake up to Carla and Kinsey in the mornings."

FTVLive does not know Carla Pesono, but she already becoming and FTVLive favorite.

In The Times-Picayune story about the hires, it has this to say about Pesono, "A self-described foodie and Buffalo Bills fan, she previously worked at KSNF in Joplin, Missouri."

Forget the food and Joplin reference, this woman is a Buffalo Bills fan!

That my friends earns you big points in the FTVLive world.

Like FTVLive, Pesono is a Buffalo native and so she knows what a real chicken wing taste like.

Bills Mafia or die.
