FTVLive was the FIRST (and as far as we can tell the only) outlet to report that KCBS had suspended Anchor Rick Garcia back in mid March.

A month later and Garcia is still not on the air at the CBS O&O.

One LA viewer tells FTVLIve that when asking about Garcia's absence, they get nothing.

The viewer writes, "I have been calling CBS L.A. station in behalf of my family, and friends to get answers of What happened to one of our long time favorite News anchors Rick Garcia? Usually when I call I get a very nice (human being) person to talk to with answers to any question is asked. But, in the case of Rick Garcia, I just get transferred to a voice mail every time. I leave messages, but never get a return call."

It has gotten so frustrating for the KCBS viewer, she says that after watching the station for years, she has now changed the channel.

It's the communications business, but it seems to lack in communications.
