Reporter "Sucker Punched" While Covering Story

Yesterday, FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that WABC Reporter Tim Fleischer was assaulted after doing a live shot in Queens yesterday.
Fleischer had just wrapped his live shot when cops say that Efram Lacroix ran up to him and punched him in the face. After the "sucker punch" Lacroix ran off, but police were able to find him and arrest him.
Fleischer was taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center with a minor injury, treated and released.
Lacroix is charged with assault and harassment.
