You know how HGTV builds that a Dream House each year and you can enter to win the house?

I entered the contest for years and haven't done so the past few years, because I just knew I wasn't going to win. Same reason I don't play the lottery.

But, maybe I rethink this.

FTVLive has learned that WTV Morning Show Executive Producer Emily Muniz is the winner of HGTV's dream home.

“I enter twice-a-day every day,” Muniz said. “Sometimes my husband does too. I nag him to do it.”

That is the great news. The bad news? The home is located in Gig Harbor, Washington. Which means it is going to be a very long commute to work in Nashville each day.

The other problem will be paying the taxes. After all, she does work for Sinclair you know.
