NBC Kind of /Sort of Cancels Megyn Kelly's Prime Time Show

When NBC hired Megyn Kelly, the Peacock said that Kelly would do her morning talk show and also have a weekly prime time show on the network. 

Yesterday, NBC changed their tune and now says that Kelly's weekly show will just be on from time to time. 

“Sunday Night With Megyn Kelly” will air “periodically” this spring and summer “dependent on Kelly’s schedule with her weekday-morning program, ‘Megyn Kelly Today,’ ” the network said. 

Kelly launched Sunday Night With Megyn Kelly and it was a ratings disaster. 

This latest move gives NBC a way to scale back Kelly's awful show without the awkwardness of canceling it.

In other words, you'll see a lot less Megyn Kelly in prime time on NBC.
