The staff at WKOW (Madison) were the last to know when it came to new job hires.
The Quincey station was losing a morning Anchor and gaining a couple of more. But, the news was posted on social media and the station's website before the News Director finally got around to sending out a memo to the staff about the changes.
A couple of internal people even interviewed for the job, those employees found out on social media that they were passed over.
