Weather Signs Off and Hopes to Clean Up

WXMI (Grand Rapids) Chief Meteorologist Joe Kopecek signed off from the station on Friday and says he plans to.....go ahead and say it with me.... spend more time with his family. 

Kopecek is leaving the Tribune station before Sinclair comes in and he's leaving TV news altogether. 

Kopecek says that he an a partner at starting a cleaning company. He has been in the market for 27 years. 

Starting Today, Meteorologist Kevin Craig will be the new Chief Meteorologist at the station. 

So much for posting the job.
