Life After TV News

It appears that former WDJT (Milwaukee) Anchor Michele McCormack has started a new job this week working at the Hunger Task Force in Milwaukee.

McCormack is listed on the Milwaukee nonprofit's website as its individual giving manager.

McCormack would not answer questions about her new job and directed people to the Hunger Task Force, which declined to comment on personnel matters.

So, a charity that relies on donations and help says it will not talk about who they have hired and what they are doing?

McCormack left WDJT in January after 12 years at the Milwaukee CBS affiliate, where she had been co-anchoring the station's noon and 4 p.m. newscasts.

At the time, she declined to comment on her plans and now that still seems to be the case.

Color us confused.
