Back in November, FTVLive told you about the Florida reporter that was charged with sexual battery.

Gainesville police arrested WCJB reporter Spencer Allen after they say he and a woman were socializing at home when he locked her in a bedroom and forced himself on her. Police say he forced her into oral and sexual intercourse and bit her in the genital area.

Court records show that Allen plead "No Contest" to the charges and has been placed on probation.

The station cuts ties with Allen after his arrest.
