Sinclair Offers Up Bounty for Helping Fill Jobs

Sinclair sent out an internal email, telling employees if they can help fill an open job at the company, they could earn some money themselves. 

Here is a portion of the email. Notice how sales and marketing jobs carry a much higher bounty.
