Isn't That an NBC Violation of Sexual Harassment Policy?

Back in December, FTVLive told you how NBC had changed its policy when it comes to sexual harassment. 

The Peacock laid down some new rules in the wake of NBC Today Show's Matt Lauer being fired for inappropriate conduct.  

NBC even addressed how employees were allowed to hug. 

"If you wish to hug a colleague, you have to do a quick hug, then an immediate release, and step away to avoid body contact," the new policy stated. 

So, FTVLive was a bit surprised to see this tweet from Savannah Guthrie and figure skater Adam Rippon.

Isn't "squeezin" Adam Rippon a violation of the NBC policy?
