The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner performed an autopsy in the body of KTLA Anchor Chris Burrous.

On Thursday police and paramedics were called to the Days in in Glendale just after 1PM. Just after 2PM, Burrous was pronounced dead.

The call came in as a possible overdoes, as for the autopsy, the cause of death remains under investigation. The Medical Examiner will wait on the toxicology results, before releasing a case of death.

Yesterday, social media tributes to Burrous were numerous.

Not 24 hours after his death and KTLA scrubbed his bio from the website. I’m not sure how long you should wait before doing so, but it seemed to quick to FTVLive and a number of people in the KTLA newsroom.

The big question, what was he doing in that hotel room?

That question will likely never been answered.

While many have questions as to how he died? His friends and co-workers remember him as he lived.

The business lost a good one in Chris Burrous, but for his family and friends it goes much deeper than that.
