Back in March, FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that WNEM News Director Ian Rubin was going to be the new News Director at Raycom owned WOIO in Cleveland.

Rubin has been on the job some 8 months and he still does not seem to know what WOIO’s Twitter handle is. This is a screenshot of his Twitter:
