Sioux, What's Up?

KSFY Anchor Bridget Bennett is leaving Sioux Falls and has taken a job in Sioux City.

Bennett is headed to KCAU-TV in Sioux City to takeover as the main Anchor. She will replace Jenna Rehnstrom who is leaving the anchor desk after 12 years.

Bennett has been at KSFY since 2012 and worked as the Weekend Anchor. She signed off from that job on Sunday and posted this to her social media:

"What an incredible send off by all of my friends and family at KSFY! Thank you to everyone for coming to the station late on a Sunday night for the surprise send off on my final show. It’s just a small glimpse of the amazing family we have at KSFY. So thankful for all of these people and the support they’ve given me and my kiddos these past 6 years. A special shout out to my sweet husband for always supporting and encouraging me to pursue my dreams. Love you Jason Bennett! And thank you everyone for making my time at KSFY news so spectacular!"
