Sinclair’s Boris Epshteyn called in a frivolous lawsuit.

FTVLive calls it a win for the 1st Amendment.

A judge rules yesterday that the White House had to return the press credentials to CNN Reporter Jim Acosta.

The ruling showed that President Trump can not had pick who covers him and showed that while Trump lives in The White House, we the taxpayers pay the bills for it.

While we don’t think Jim Acosta is a very fine example for Journalism, we do applaud the judge’s ruling.

This was a win for the people and a big blow for fascism.
