Minority Report

The Cox station in Jacksonville has had a lot of turnover lately when it comes to people of color. 

In the past few months, WJAX/WFOX has lost a number of minority on air staffers. 

Here's a look at some those that left. 

Romney Smith, Morning Anchor/Reporter, left in late September
Erica Bennett, Weekend Morning Anchor/Reporter left in October
Michael Yoshida, Reporter, left in November
Larry Spruill, Reporter, left in December

By all means it is natural for people to move on and not renew a contract from time to time, but four in such a short period does not look good.
