Ok... this one is a bit strange, coming out of Salt Lake City.

The media has been reporting out the Tide Pod challenge, where people are supposedly eating the laundry detergent pods as a stunt.

Well, a student at the Utah State University ate a Tide pod and KSTU did a story about it and posted it on the station's website.

"A Utah State University student was reportedly rushed to a hospital Saturday after ingesting a Tide Pod, which has become a dangerous trend on social media as teens dare each other to eat the miniature, neon, detergent-filled pods." the story started out.

But, then the story was pulled from the station's website and replaced with this:

You can still read the station's report at this link on Fox News, but it now appears that this might have been a suicide attempt and not the Tide Pod challenge.

There are a number of questions, but the station has pulled the story. Which makes you wonder, it it was an attempted suicide, why was it reported in the first place?

Also, why is the story still on the Fox News website?
