What The Hell?

I think she should have thought about it a bit longer. 

Walking out of 2017 and right into 2018 with the goal of restoring this physique and improving on it next. . . I debated for about a month on posting this. Didn't want people to misinterpret my feeling. "A journalist shouldn't blah blah". A well-built physique is not about sex appeal. It's much better. It symbolizes self-discipline, maturity, power and so much more. So don't misinterpret what this video is about! This was a magical moment. It was an hour before my first show. I had dieted for 7 months. Lost 37 lbs. and roughly 19% body fat. At this moment I put on my make up, suit then hair in that order and it hit me -- I built a body I was proud of. My best friends captured it on camera. This video is my biggest motivation and reminder of why I love building a body. I do it for the "yaaaaaasssss" moments. One week into my soft diet and I'm feeling like my old self again.
