This is Supposed to be Florida

While my house is located in Florida it feels more like Buffalo. 

After the past 3 Winters where we didn't even have a freeze, Mother Nature is making up for it this year. 

It seems like we have been in a deep freeze for weeks and I have to be honest, it is getting a bit old. 

When I moved back to Florida 11 years ago from New York, I laughed at the people that were wearing hats and gloves when the temps hit 55 degrees. Now, I have become one of those people and although the temps are in the 30's this morning, it might as well be 30 below. I have officially become a wimp and I can't stand the cold weather. 

While TV people up north will laugh at us freezing our butts off here in Florida, you have to remember, we don't have the thick blood or the thick coats that you all have.
