This idiot was busted for forcing beer down his dog's throat and smashing the front window at WTEN in Albany, NY.

Cops say Robert Caserta smashed the station's window because he believed the TV station was holding his dogs.

Caserta managed to smash the window and was found and arrested, city police spokesman Officer Steve Smith said.

Police said Caserta was arrested Sept. 25 on an animal cruelty charge at Washington Avenue and Lark Street after the forced-feeding incident.

Caserta now faces a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was arrested on the strength of a bench warrant from Albany City Court for failure to appear, police said.

He was arraigned and sent to the Albany County Jail.
