Fox News Sacks Eric Bolling

Talk about a Friday night news dump. 

Late on Friday with Hurricane Irma dominating the news cycle, Fox News quietly announced that they have parted ways with host Eric Bolling. 

“Fox News Channel is canceling ‘The Specialists,’ and Eric Bolling and Fox have agreed to part ways amicably,” the network said in a statement.” We thank Eric for his ten years of service to our loyal viewers and wish him the best of luck.”  

Bolling was benched after word surfaced that he had sent lewd text messages to colleagues at Fox News.  

Fox News suspended Bolling while the company investigated the matter. Lo and behold the investigation wrapped up on a Friday night as a major Hurricane was about to hit Florida.
