NBC has had Megyn Kelly on the Sunday nights. They have had her pop by the Today Show from time to time. They have flown her all over the country to promote herself to local media. 

Today, NBC Megyn Kelly Experiment starts.

The Peacock paid her millions to get her away from Fox News and while the won the negotiations, it's like they never figured out what the plan was? 

NBC is giving Kelly the 9AM hour of the Today Show. They have done everything they can and spent millions of dollars to make sure that the Megyn Kelly experiment does not fail. 

But, at the same time, NBC is trying to fix something that was not broken. The 9AM hour of Today had strong ratings and was part of the biggest money maker for NBC News. 

Now, NBC is handing over to Kelly.

The experiment begins and time will tell if it's successful.
