Can We Leave the Horse Out of This?

Daniel Bice is a reporter at the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and he sent former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke an email asking him about the hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money for the a round-the-clock private security detail at his house.

Now that Clarke is no longer Sheriff Bice wanted to ask him if he still planned to hire a security detail, and what he thought of all the money spent in the past? 

Here is the email exchange and Clarke's reply is at the top. 

Obviously, Sheriff Clarke doesn't like this Reporter, but what the hell does he have against the horse?
