FTVLive has told you the story of former Ft. Myers Anchor Jim Walker.
He claims that while working at his TV job in 2013 he quit, "after my boss in Southwest Florida told me that research had shown ’people here just don’t like you."

So he found a new job in gay porn. “I am as comfortable in a suit as I am a jockstrap,” he said.
And he is taking the job very seriously. Walker, who now goes by the name Dallas Steel recently getting silicone butt implants, apparently paid for by an escorting client.
He loves his job in porn and he still misses part of TV news, but what he doesn't miss in News? “What I don’t miss is the schizophrenic management at every station that can’t decide from day to day what they want, and as a result are constantly blaming the talent and trying to make the talent be something they aren’t.
“If they left the talent the f*ck alone to be who we are, viewers would be a lot happier. Most anchors are so beat down, even they don’t have a clue anymore about who they really are.”
Even Anchors that don't like porn (yeah, like that person exists) might agree with that.
