Fake News...Fake Eclipse

Have you had enough of the eclipse yet? 

TV news decided to go wall to wall with the eclipse because there was no way anyone could step outside and watch it themselves. 

One theme was the same from network, cable, local and online news. Do not look directly at the sun without eye protection.

"We must warn you, do not stare directly at the eclipse with the naked eye," said one Anchor. 

"You can cause permanent damage to your eyes by looking directly at the sun without eye protection," said another. 

It seems that most people did heed the advice of the newscasters.
