No More Sports for DC Anchor

Last year, WUSA (DC) Sports Anchor Kristen Berset announced she was taking a leave of absence to battle breast cancer for the second time.

Berest was able to kick cancer's ass again and is now returning to the Tegna station. 

But, there has been a change, she will no longer be doing sports coverage. 

The station parted ways with Chris Leary, co-host of their 9 a.m. infomerical show known as Great Day Washington and Berset's taking his spot.

Rumor is that the station has a former ESPNer coming on to do sports.
