Trying to find news on July 4th is not always easy.
So it was a chance for KSFY in Sioux Falls to make it all about them. The news crew marched in a parade and gave out candy to those along the parade route.
It's the one time of year when the creepy news people can stand out on the corner and hand out candy to kids and not get a funny look.
It's also the only day of the year that the news car gets washed....so it was a win, win.
