Over the weekend, the private funeral for former Fox News boss Roger Ailes was held in Palm Beach.

Family and friends, including Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity attended the funeral.

Philly.com writes that during the eulogy, Ailes’ 17-year-old son Zachary reportedly threatened to go after the various women who have accused his father of sexual harassment.

“I want all the people who betrayed my father to know that I’m coming after them and hell is coming with me,” the younger Ailes reportedly  said. The the comes from the 1993 film Tombstone, with Kurt Russell playing famed lawman Wyatt Earp.

Gossip Extra writes that the mahogany coffin was draped with the Stars and Stripes and preceded into the breathtaking church by the Palm Beach Police color guards despite the fact there’s no indication in his biographies that Ailes served in the military.

The U.S. flag was removed for the ceremony then unfurled back on the coffin when it departed the church.

Ethel Kennedy, the 89-year-old widow of slain U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, took place near the coffin with her son Douglas Kennedy, a Fox News reporter hired by Ailes despite his Democratic pedigree.

“Roger Ailes was an American original,” Limbaugh said of his friend Ailes, adding that the two hung out socially in Palm Beach.

Fox News and radio host Sean Hannity also had a role in the ceremony: He read a responsorial psalm.

“I wouldn’t be what I am today without Roger,” Hannity told me outside the church. “He took me as a local radio host in Atlanta and gave me the opportunity of a lifetime.

“He saw things in people that no one else would see. He is an American patriot of the highest level.”
