Pay Attention!

TV consultants will tell you that Weather is THE most important thing in a newscast. That is why viewers watch the news.

But, while TV viewers might tune in for the weather, the News Anchors tune out when the weather comes on. Watch this clip from WNWO (Toledo). Less than half a minute after the Meteorologist announces that Toledo will be getting rain on Saturday from 1-5 PM and suggested to "move some of those plans indoors", the female anchor appears after the meteorologist is done and says, "Kimberly, I was looking at your Twitter, and you said between 1 and 5 on Saturday is the time that people are gonna want to be indoors, is that right?" 

Hello?! McFly! She just said that!
