WPVI Anchor Monica Malpass has decided to put her home up for sale.
Malpass has been at the station since 1988 and it's time for her to make a move.
She's lived in coveted Rittenhouse property, located at 2004 Delancy Street, since 2005. But it's just a tiny 8,200 square feet. The listing price is just under $5 million bucks for a home that features six bedrooms, five bathrooms and if you're into basketball, the third-floor gym has a wall-mounted hoop.
In other words this is a longways from the home of the MMJ in El Paso.
