KDKA (Pittsburgh) Photographer Ian Smith was driving fast down the Pennsylvania Turnpike and shooting video on his phone at the same time. 

Not exactly the safest thing to do, especially when a Reporter is sitting right next to you in the passenger seat, doing nothing by waving out the window.
