This is What Happens When You Outsource Your Newscast
/As FTVLive has told you, Sinclair decided to shutdown the news operation at WNWO in Toledo, Ohio and outsource to one of their station in South Bend, Indiana.
The newscast is produced and anchored from South Bend, by an anchor team that also does the newscast for Sinclair's WOLF Fox 56 in Scranton, PA.
Watch this clip as Anchor Dayne Marae says "an engineer tells Fox 56..." while she is anchoring the news on WNWO.
She catches the mistake after she said it, but then obviously decided not to say anything to viewers.
Oh the perils of outsourcing news....
