Scripps Parts Ways with News Director

Sources in Tucson tell FTVLive that Scripps has parted ways with their news boss at KGUN.
Tom Burke has been at the station since August of 2013, but is now out the door. Burke replaced Forrest Carr at KGUN.
Before KGUN, Burke was ND at tiny WTVM in Columbus, GA, until December 2012.
He’s also worked in Sacramento, Fresno, Pittsburgh, Columbus, OH, Detroit, and Greenville, NC.
No word on a replacement.
