Running Out of Time

It's been a good run, but now it's over for a longtime Philly Weather Anchor.
WPVI Meteorologist Cecily Tynan says she is giving up her hobby of running in marathons and other races.
Tynan has been a fixture at races around Philly, but now says in a Facebook post that she's hanging up the shoes.
“Both my children are on travel soccer teams,” she said. “And, when I race, I often miss cheering on my kids from the sidelines.”
So, the Anchor is quitting running to "spend more time with her family." Seems like a popular line for TV Anchors.

BTW- FTVLive has also decided to stop running marathons as well. We end our marathon career undefeated, running in exactly zero races.
