After Segment, Wichita is Accused of Racism (Updated)

KAKE in Wichita did a segment on their newscast about spa treatments and mud baths (don't ask me how this is news?).

Anyway, the station posted a picture of Anchor Shane Ewing with mud on his face and did not give the picture any context. 

So, some thought the picture was racist and that forced Ewing to take to Facebook to explain what happened. 

It seems the station did not like that Ewing basically blamed them for posting the picture with no context and Ewing's post has since been deleted. But not before FTVLive got a screen shot.

Props to Ewing for getting out in front on this.

Update: Ewing says that the station did not tell him to take his post down and that he did so on his own.
