While winter weather happens all over the country (yesterday here in Florida it was 72 degrees, but very windy), it only really counts when it happens in New York.

The New York based national media lose their shit everytime a storm hits where they live. If the weather is happening somewhere else? It's ignored for the most part.

Yesterday, I'm sure you heard that the northeast got pounded by a nor'easter. And it case you didn't really think it was snowing outside, WPIX drug a monitor out into the storm, stuck it into the snow and had live reports outside.

You know....because if a person was standing in the studio giving a report on the snow, who would have believed them?
