Seeing Stars

PennDOT crews working near Philly were trying to take down a road sign from the highway using a crane. But the sign was 15,000 pounds heavier than expected and fell onto the roadway.

One driver that was stuck in traffic, thought the work on the sign was something different.

I have a feeling that wasn't a cigarette he was smoking.

Just saying....
