MSNBC's Joe Scarborough may not want to pursue a career in real estate.
The "Morning Joe" host has put his New Canaan, CT house on the market for $3,690,000. Scarborough bought the property in March 2011 for $4,600,000.
“My daughter plans to go off to school next year and my son and I will be here so we are downsizing,” Scarborough said.
Not only downsizing the house, but also the wallet by about a million bucks.
In the listing for his house, it says it's a “distinctive New Canaan estate on 2.6 beautifully manicured acres just one mile from the village. Thoughtful expansion and renovation allow for modern living while retaining the feel of a classic Connecticut home.”
