Mark Meredith is appointed White House Correspondent for Nexstar’s Washington DC Bureau from National Correspondent.
Jason Colthorp is promoted to 5:30 PM anchor for WDIV in Detroit. Previously, he was a reporter and fill-in anchor.
Charlie Lapastora moves to the Fox News Channel as a general assignment reporter and MMJ for Fox News, Digital and Radio. Previously, he was a weekend sports anchor and reporter for Media Gateway in Little Rock.
PJ Javaheri renews his agreement as meteorologist with CNN International and CNN Headline News.
Kody Leibowitz makes a 99 market leap to join KRON in San Francisco where he will be working at the capitol bureau in Sacramento. He leaves WJAC in Johnstown where he has been an investigative reporter.
Tom Wait renews his agreement with KCBS in Los Angeles as a reporter.
Tia Ewing is promoted to a fulltime position as anchor and reporter at WFLD in her hometown of Chicago. She has been freelancing for the station since October. Prior to WFLD, she was a morning anchor at WOIO in Cleveland.
Ryan Young renews his agreement with CNN as a National Correspondent working out CNN’s Chicago bureau.
Concetta Callahan joins the Weather Channel as a freelance correspondent.

John Henry Smith joins WVIT in Hartford/New Haven as Sports Director. John Henry was last with Al Jazeera America as a sports and news anchor and has been freelancing with News 12 in New York.
William Joy returns to Missouri as he joins KMBC in Kansas City as a reporter. William is a graduate of the University of Missouri. For the last two years he has been a reporter at WAVE in Louisville.
Barak Shapiro joins WCPO in Cincinnati as a weekend morning meteorologist. He previously was a weekend meteorologist at WZTV in Nashville.
