Admitting to the Lies on Live TV

We all know that politicians lie. It's like knowing that the sun is going to come up in the morning, it's just a given. 

But last night during election coverage, one politician copped to lying. 

During election coverage from Republican campaign hotel headquarters in NJ, Assemblyman Declan O'Scanlon told NJTV reporter Brenda Flanagan when talking about campaign advertising that, "the Democrats outspent us and out lied us".  

So he admitted that his party lied, but the other party just lied a little better. 

Don't you just love politics?
