CBS Has More Sex Problems

If the Charlie Rose sexual harassment allegations aren't enough, CBS has more trouble.

Erin Gee

Erin Gee

One of the network's former associate directors says he boss told her to sleep with coworkers in order to get promoted. Erin Gee, who worked for CBS for 17 years, has filed a federal lawsuit alleging sex discrimination at Black Rock.

Gee says her worst experience was in 2011 when she went to her boss, Robert Klug, about a problem she was having with an editor. According to the lawsuit, Klug said she should have sex with the editor in a gesture of good will. Gee said she couldn't believe what she was hearing, and reported it to a senior producer on the program. Court papers say, nothing was done.

A CBS spokesperson says Gee's allegations are without merit.
