For some reason, some idiots up in Canada think yelling FHRIP is still a thing. 

It's not. 

But, that isn't stopping some jerks who continue to yell it when they see a TV camera around. The other problem is the stations in Canada continue to cover the stories of these incidents and that seems to keep the long played out trend going. 

The last guy do it, did so in front of a cop shop and he was busted. 

These idiots aren't exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer.
