They're Going to Do It Again (Update)

FTVLive has told you how Sinclair is producing the newscasts for both Scranton and Toledo from a hub facility at WSBT in South Bend, Indiana. 

Well, it appears that Sinclair is going to produce and Anchor the newscasts for KPTM in Omaha, Nebraska out of Fresno, California. 

Check out this job posting for a News Producer and you will see that the Nebraska job is based in Fresno. 

Expect that Sinclair will do this at more and more stations and it will cost a number of people their jobs. 

All in an effort to save money and lessen the news content of their stations. 

Update: Some people are telling FTVLive that Sinclair has already hubbing out the Omaha newscast and has been doing so for quite some time. 

The thing is, job postings like this are likely to become more common as Sinclair continues to downsize news operations and run local news on the cheap and even from another state.
