Deep Thoughts....

From time to time, FTVLive would like to share with you some of our thoughts about the business.

We call this new segment "Deep Thoughts by FTVLive." It cost thousands of dollars and 3 months of focus groups to come up with that title.

So, here is Today's Deep Thought....

Why is it that TV stations love to say how important digital is? They claim that digital is the future and that is one of the prime things they are focusing on. 

If digital is so important, why is the web person one of the lowest paid jobs in the newsroom? It's usually some kid, sitting in a dusty corner of the newsroom with a couple of Star Wars figurines sitting on his desk and eating Skittles.  

This is the TV station's future? 

If so.... We're screwed!
