FTVLive FIRST told you that a number of NBC O&O's were starting their morning newscasts even earlier, at 4 a.m. rather than 4:30.

WCAU the NBC station in Philadelphia have been promoting the hell out of their 4AM newscast, using the word "first" repeatedly, etc.

WTXF the Fox Philly station was already doing a 4AM newscast and now they have moved up the start time by a couple of minutes to piss off WCAU.
